As the Lead Consultant at Mastery Performance Consulting, I guide our team of consultants in delivering the highest-quality mental performance sessions to every client. My passion lies in helping athletes build confidence, consistency, and resilience so they can perform at their best when it matters most. I work to empower athletes to recognize their unique strengths, define their own leadership style, and pursue their personal definition of greatness. Whether under the pressure of competition, recovering from mistakes, or overcoming moments of doubt, my mission is to help athletes bounce back stronger and reach their fullest potential.

Driven by my passion for this field, I founded Mastery to not only deliver elite mental skills coaching, but to mentor the next generation of consultants through their certification journey. I oversee our strategic growth—building a nationwide network of full-time specialists who collaborate across regions to provide diverse perspectives and best-in-class support. Together, our goal is to expand opportunities for both athletes and practitioners, ensuring every team and organization can access the mental-performance resources they need.

My consulting style is rooted in a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which helps athletes understand and change their thoughts so they can productively shift their focus, manage their emotions, and ultimately improve their performance. By teaching athletes how their mindset shapes their actions, I empower them to utilize their strengths, embrace their uniqueness, and build a mental framework where success feels more likely than mistakes. I believe consistency and confidence are the keys to peak performance, and I help athletes quickly recover from setbacks by focusing on their past successes and capabilities. This mindset allows them to perform with resilience, bounce back after mistakes, and maintain belief in themselves—no matter the circumstances. My mission is to bring these skills to as many people as possible. I actively seek opportunities to connect with diverse communities, attending conferences and events to share mental performance strategies and integrate into the environments where athletes live and compete. Through this outreach, I aim to create meaningful connections, foster mental resilience, and help athletes and organizations make mental performance training a natural part of their culture.
