Passion areas
I help athletes and performers develop the self-awareness, confidence, and resilience needed to perform with intention and consistency. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves while developing the mental skills necessary to navigate challenges, improve performance, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
As a former collegiate hockey athlete and performer, I understand the realities of confidence struggles, perfectionism, performance anxiety, and major life transitions. My goal is to help athletes define success on their own terms and respond intentionally to adversity.
While I work with athletes across all areas of mental performance, I am especially passionate about helping athletes develop effective goal-setting strategies, navigate mistakes with confidence, establish purposeful pre-performance and reset routines, regulate emotions under pressure, and build greater consistency in their performance. I also enjoy helping athletes prioritize recovery and self-care so they can sustain both performance and well-being over the long term.
I am particularly drawn to supporting athletes who struggle with perfectionism, experience performance anxiety, have difficulty bouncing back from mistakes, or feel frustrated by inconsistent performances. I enjoy helping athletes navigate transitions within their sport, build confidence in challenging environments, and develop a healthier relationship with performance that allows them to compete with greater freedom, resilience, and intention.
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) with a Person-Centered Approach to help athletes better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I believe self-awareness is one of the most powerful tools for performance growth. Through evidence-based mental skills training, authentic relationships, and individualized support, I help athletes respond intentionally to challenges, perform consistently under pressure, and define success on their own terms.
