I help athletes sharpen their mental game—building focus, confidence, and consistency so they can compete at their very best. As a Mental Performance Consultant at Mastery, I design tailored coaching sessions that transforms pressure into peak performance, whether you’re in the clutch of competition or preparing for life after sport.
Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, I earned my B.A. in Psychology (with a Sport Studies minor) from Mercyhurst University in 2019—where I fueled my passion for working with athletes as both football equipment manager and athletic counseling intern for Mercyhurst’s ACHA D1 hockey program. I went on to complete an M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University in 2021. During that time, I interned at the University of Pittsburgh Career Center supporting Division I student-athletes in their post-sport transitions and co-authored the APA-accepted research “AIM: Authoring Identities for Making Career Decisions,” developing workshops to help athletes expand their sense of self beyond sport.
At Mastery Performance Consulting, I draw directly on my work as Student Athlete Success Coordinator at Hastings College and Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development at Indiana University Athletics. In those roles I built and led programs that blended mental skills training with identity-building and career-readiness workshops for over 600 athletes—helping them clarify strengths, forge professional networks, and translate athletic habits into lifelong success. I now bring that same integrated approach to Mastery clients, crafting personalized, holistic plans that boost performance on the field and smooth the transition off it.
I bring a strength-based, positive-psychology, and cognitive-behavioral approach to every client, tailoring confidence-building, relaxation, mindfulness, and goal-setting techniques to individual needs. Currently finishing my CMPC certification and as a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, I’ve worked across sports—from baseball and football to rowing, water polo, and women’s wrestling. My mission is clear: to help athletes grow holistically, perform purposefully, and embrace every challenge—whether on the field, in their careers, or in life beyond the game.
